REAL BUSINESSES · REAL PROBLEMS · INTENTIONAL SOLUTIONS

Every Business Needed Something Different.

That’s exactly the point.

I didn’t begin by building the same solution for every business.

I began by listening to business owners, understanding what they were trying to achieve and finding practical ways to help them move forward — sometimes with a website, sometimes with better visibility, sometimes with technology, and sometimes by completely rethinking how the pieces worked together.

The best solution isn’t the most impressive technology. It’s the right solution for the business in front of you.

That philosophy became the foundation of Laubscher Consulting.

WHERE IT STARTED

It Started With Helping Small Businesses Get Online.

When I first started, I worked with startups and small businesses that didn’t necessarily have thousands of dollars to spend on a website.

So I found another way.

I helped create affordable, and sometimes free, hosted websites that gave those businesses more than a place to put their logo and phone number.

I wanted their websites to do something for their business.

That meant thinking about what a new business actually needed: clear information, a way for potential customers to make contact, and tools such as lead magnets that could start building an audience rather than letting website visitors disappear.

As my clients’ needs grew, so did the work.

I moved from helping businesses get online to building and hosting websites myself — and eventually building the infrastructure behind them.

What began with websites became an understanding of how the entire business needs to connect.

THE WORK EVOLVED

The Bigger the Business Problem, the More Important the Architecture Became.

What started with websites gradually expanded into SEO, hosting, directories, customer journeys, payments, booking systems, CRM, automation and connected business infrastructure.

Not because every client needed all of those things.
Because every client needed the right combination of them.

AND THAT’S WHERE THE CASE STUDIES BEGIN ↓

FEATURED CASE STUDY · LOL DRIVING SCHOOL PERTH

What Looked Like a Booking Problem Was Really a Business Architecture Problem.

The Business

LOL Driving School Perth needed a customer journey that worked across multiple instructors, lesson options, payment, and live scheduling, without creating unnecessary behind-the-scenes administration.

What Was Getting in the Way

The visible problem looked like booking and availability. Underneath it sat a larger architecture question: how do customers choose the right instructor, pay correctly, see live availability and book, while the business still routes income and responsibilities appropriately?

The Architecture

We separated payment and scheduling instead of asking one platform to do everything. Stripe Connect became the payment-routing layer, while Acuity remained the live scheduling and availability system.

Why We Built It This Way

The goal wasn’t to introduce more software. It was to give each system one clear job and create a customer journey that made sense for the student, the instructor and the business.

LOCAL VISIBILITY · PANASEA HEALING

Sometimes Growth Doesn’t Require More Technology.

A local Bowen therapist didn’t need a complicated technology stack. She needed the right people in her local area to find her.

Instead of adding more software, we focused on local SEO and making it easier for people already searching for the services Panasea Healing provided to be discovered online.

The lesson: the right solution may be simpler than the business owner expects.

“Tania has been an absolute game-changer for my business.”

“I’ve seen a surge in new clients and a solid base of return clients.”

— Leanne Jones, Panasea Healing

PLATFORM BUILD · WORLDWIDE AWAKE BUSINESS NETWORK

Building Something Bigger Than a Website.

Worldwide Awake Business Network became my largest website project: a business directory rather than a conventional brochure website.

It required thinking beyond individual pages to information architecture, discovery, listings, categories, user journeys, and the infrastructure needed to support a growing platform.

This project taught me to think in platforms, not simply pages.

“Tania took the time to gather our requirements and provided insightful suggestions that enhanced our original ideas.”

“The functionality of the Worldwide Awake Business Directory has been greatly enhanced thanks to Tania’s expertise.”

— Lisa Byfield, Founder, Worldwide Awake Business Network

BUILT FROM THE INSIDE OUT

My Own Businesses Became the Testing Ground.

I’ve built businesses the messy way too.

I’ve bought software, changed platforms, rebuilt websites, tested automations, connected systems, discovered limitations and had moments where I wondered how all the pieces I had accumulated were ever going to work together.

That experience changed the way I build.

Instead of continuing to layer disconnected tools on top of one another, I began designing the infrastructure behind my own businesses intentionally.

Internal Processes

Not because every business needs what I’ve built.

Because going through that process taught me how to recognise what a business does need — and just as importantly, what it doesn’t.

Different Businesses. Different Solutions. The Same Starting Point.

A startup needed an affordable way to begin.

A local therapist needed to be found.

A business network needed a platform.

A driving school needed its customer journey, payments and bookings to work together.

None of them needed the same thing.

That’s why Laubscher Consulting doesn’t begin with a website, CRM, automation platform or predetermined package.

We begin with the business.
