Yes. You don’t need to start again just because you work with us. We look at what you already have, what’s working well and what’s creating unnecessary complexity. Where it makes sense, we’ll keep and improve your existing systems. If something genuinely needs replacing, we’ll explain why before recommending a change.

Once your payment is complete, we’ll send you the Build Your Business by Design Guide to complete. This helps us understand your business, where you are now, what’s already in place and what you’re working towards.
We’ll review and assess your answers before scheduling your Business by Design™ Zoom session. During that session, we’ll explore your business more deeply, clarify anything we need to understand and make sure we have the full picture before creating your Blueprint.
We’ll then create your personalised Business Blueprint — bringing everything we’ve discovered together into a clear, prioritised roadmap for your business.
Once your Blueprint is complete, we’ll meet again on Zoom to walk through it together. We’ll explain our recommendations, the priorities we’ve identified and why we’ve placed them in that order. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify anything before deciding what happens next.
And importantly, your Blueprint is yours to keep. You’re not obligated to have Laubscher Consulting implement it. You can build with us, work with your own team or take it to another provider.
